This is a living and breathing document on my obsession with continuous learning, self-mastery, and exploring ways technology can be used for good in the public & social sector
Dev for Good is welcome and open to all, whether or not you’re interested in programming or software development. As a computer science student, I do selfishly focus on technology and coding, but this is more so to help sharpen my own logical and problem-solving skills (and bait people who are much smarter than me to provide feedback so that I can learn quicker!) If anything, I would hope to inspire others from non-technical backgrounds like myself to learn how to code, even if it’s just for fun!
What this small corner of the Internet is meant to be is to be a community information and resource bank. I believe in a bottoms-up grassroots approach and hope to foster a community that is open-minded, willing to learn about anything and also from each other, motivated to solve problems of all shapes and sizes, and excited to embark on a journey to become active, informed and service-driven public citizens. In other words, please leave your ego at the door!
Happy to hear from you so if you have any questions, comments, feedback, recommendations, or simply want to chat, then please drop a note here!
As always, thanks for visiting 🙂
